Who is recording artist Jammie Jolly? Jammie Jolly received his musical start after a stint in the U.S. Navy, by joining the group known as Voice of Reason. The group released their self-entitled debut album V.O.R in 1995 on an independent label Fayzomac Records, based out of Tampa, FL. In 1997 Jammie left the group and moved to NYC to pursue other business ventures outside of music and put his music career on hold.
